Bowral Road Art Gallery BnB is currently available for our guests to enjoy.

The cost for weekdays

is from $249 per night (inc tax).

The cost for weekends

is from $295 per night (inc tax).

Public holidays are at a slightly higher rate and are located on the booking dates.

This includes afternoon tea and a basket of ingredients, placed in your fridge the evening before for you to cook at your leisure in our newly renovated self-contained kitchen (Included in the room price).

You have the option of a delicious, light breakfast of fruit salad, yoghurt, warm croissants, cereals, assorted muffins, bread and crumpets (Included in the room price) and served by our staff in the dining room.

You can also order a hot à la carte breakfast on weekends that we can cook and serve in the dining room.

(Not included in the room price, but available for $30 per person.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, as a small and intimate B&B, we rely on reservations to ensure a seamless and personalised experience for each guest. In light of this, we have formulated the following cancellation policy:

If a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, we will gladly refund the full amount of your payment. We believe in providing flexibility and understanding when circumstances warrant a plan change.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the booking or in the event of a no-show, we regretfully cannot offer a refund. As a result, the full payment will be retained.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, we kindly ask that you speak directly with a staff member or email us. Unfortunately, due to occasional Telstra outages in the Southern Highlands, we don’t always receive voicemail messages. We’ve implemented this policy to prevent misunderstandings, especially when guests believe they’ve cancelled by phone, but we haven’t received the message. While we understand this may be disappointing, we rely on confirmed communication to process any changes or cancellations.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. It enables us to maintain the high level of service and attention to detail that our guests have come to expect. We encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, as it can provide additional peace of mind and financial protection.

Animal Policy: We hold a deep appreciation for animals and the precious balance of nature. Our property is home to a variety of rescue and native animals, and we have carefully nurtured an environment that ensures their well-being. In order to maintain this delicate harmony, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing their own animals onto the premises. We understand the love and connection we share with our furry friends, but for the sake of the existing inhabitants and the overall serenity of the environment, we are unable to accommodate additional animals at this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.

Age Policy: At our establishment, we aim to provide a serene and tranquil environment that caters to the preferences and comfort of all our guests. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere and in consideration of the preferences of our clientele, we have set an age limit of 12 years and above. This allows us to create an ambience conducive to relaxation and a serene experience for our adult guests. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy and look forward to providing you with a tranquil and enjoyable stay.
